Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Who we are

PLAMEN is a software design and development company operating at plamen-it.com. You can reach us at info@plamen-it.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a contact or project estimate form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, subject, and message. This information is sent directly to our inbox and is not stored in a database on our end. We do not collect this data automatically - only when you choose to submit a form.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymous data about pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). This is done via cookies stored on your device. The data is processed by Google on their servers. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or disabling cookies in your browser settings.

4. Cookies

We do not set any cookies directly. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for the purpose described above. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.

5. How we use your information

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry or project request. We do not send marketing emails, sell your data, or share it with third parties beyond Google Analytics as described above.

6. Data retention

Form submission data is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, in line with our email provider's standard retention. Google Analytics data is retained per Google's data retention settings, which we have configured to the minimum available period.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@plamen-it.com or through our contact form.

8. Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
