When you submit a contact or project estimate form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, subject, and message. When you apply for a job on our careers page, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number and links if you give them, the position you apply for, your message, and the CV you attach. This information is sent directly to our inbox through our email provider and is not stored in a database on our end. We do not collect this data automatically - only when you choose to submit a form.
3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymous data about pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). This is done via cookies stored on your device. The data is processed by Google on their servers. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or disabling cookies in your browser settings.
4. Cookies
We do not set any cookies directly. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for the purpose described above. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
5. How we use your information
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry or project request. Job applications are used solely to consider you for a role at PLAMEN, now or when a fitting one opens. We do not send marketing emails, sell your data, or share it with third parties beyond Google Analytics as described above.
6. Data retention
Form submission data is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, in line with our email provider's standard retention. Job applications, including your CV, are kept only as long as needed for hiring; you can ask us to delete yours at any time. Google Analytics data is retained per Google's data retention settings, which we have configured to the minimum available period.
7. Your rights

8. Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
